Volunteer or Intern at IH
Volunteering is healthy and provides many benefits including a greater sense of purpose, finding friendships, impacting your community, and utilizing your talents and skills so others can thrive.
Volunteers and interns donate 5000 hours annually, the equivalent of 2.5 staff members. Without those who donate their time, we would not be able to accomplish all we do.
